NEW YORK – The United States will issue lottery-related tickets on Tuesday for the 10th straight time, as it struggles to get more tickets online.

The lottery office will issue tickets to lottery winners in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, with some tickets to winners in Florida and Arizona.

It will also issue lottery ticket to winners across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico, with the ticket issued to winners for the entire U.S. territory of Guam, as well as winners in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rican territories.

The U.N. is also issuing lottery tickets through the lottery office.

The United Nations is using the lottery as a way to get around some of the restrictions placed on U.K. residents by the Government of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The Government of Ireland has also issued lottery tickets, but they are restricted to residents of Northern Ireland, not the rest of the United Kingdom.
