The New England lottery is on the verge of announcing the winner of the 4-digit lottery on Sunday.

The state lottery board on Friday issued a notice to the winners, who are based in Connecticut, to enter the 4,000-number lottery, which will be held at the Connecticut State Fairgrounds in Hartford.

The four-digit jackpot will be the first prize for the lottery’s biggest draw of the year, the Powerball jackpot, which is valued at $2.5 billion.

The lottery is a game of chance in which the players pick their favorite numbers from a list of 50 possible numbers.

They have the option of choosing from the first six numbers from the list, or the last three numbers from any number that is not on the list.

The first-come, first-served lottery is also a popular way to win prizes for sports teams.

The Powerball lottery has been on a roll in recent years, with the state drawing more than $400 million in prizes this year.
